How to Live iOS App

Taking your app "live" involves submitting it to Apple for review via App Store Connect.

Step 1: App Store Connect

1. Visit appstoreconnect.apple.com.
2. Create a New App record.
3. Fill in the metadata, screenshots, and descriptions.

Step 2: Distribute Archive

1. Open the Organizer in Xcode (Window > Organizer).
2. Select your latest archive.
3. Click Distribute App.
4. Select App Store Connect and follow the prompts to upload your build.

Step 3: TestFlight (Optional but Recommended)

1. Once the build is uploaded, go to the TestFlight tab in App Store Connect.
2. Add internal or external testers to verify the app before public release.

Step 4: Submit for Review

1. Go to the App Store tab.
2. Select the build you uploaded.
3. Click Add for Review.
4. Wait for Apple's feedback (usually 24-48 hours).
